As we strive to create a vibrant and supportive community for our young athletes, we kindly ask that each family volunteers a minimum of two hours in our concession stand this season. The financial success of our league relies heavily on the commitment and enthusiasm of our volunteers. Your participation not only helps keep our events running smoothly but also fosters a sense of teamwork and camaraderie among families.

Together, we can make this season memorable for our players and ensure that our concession stand is a welcoming hub for everyone. Additionally, families that help with concessions this summer will received $50 back, either in cash or to apply towards All-Stars, if applicable.

The aura of our league is shown by expressing volunteer spirit within our players and their families. Your time is admirable and greatly appreciated!  

For those looking for community hours, we have plenty of opportunities! Although this would not constitute the return of $50, these efforts go a long way to making the game experience for players and families more enjoyable! Please see other available things that we always welcome assistance with: 

 Volunteer Opportunities for ages 16 and up: 

·        Game Changer (Talk to your team coach; 2 hours per game)

·        Team Parent (Talk to your team coach and review the team mom responsibilities on the ALL website under the Volunteer tab)

 Volunteer Opportunities for ages 10 and up:

·        Trash pickup and trash can change (Come into the field house for supplies; 1 hour - See below for more information)

·         Scoreboard (Talk to a board member; 2 hours)

·         Stock concession items (Talk to a board member; 1 hour)

Trash

Each team is responsible for cleaning out their dugout at the end of each game. Team parents will be responsible for recruiting one family from each team to change the dugout trash can and trash cans behind and adjacent to their team’s spectator area at the end of each game. Families will receive credit for 1 hour of volunteer time for changing trashcans at the end of games.  

To receive credit for volunteer hours, all volunteers must complete a Volunteer Form and have the form signed by an ALL-board member on the SAME DAY THE HOURS ARE COMPLETED. Volunteer Forms are located inside the field house.
