Arapahoe Little League friends, families, players, coaches and staff, it is with a heavy heart that we must tell you that the ALL Board has canceled the 2020 season. Our hopes were high when Friday the city issued us practice permits. Those hopes were dashed when finding out that they more than likely this wouldn't allow us to play games until sometime in July (if at all). They suggested that we have a "practice" season. Unfortunately, once we take the field, whether it is practice or a game, we must pay dues to Little League and the city. We did not feel it would be right to charge parents for a practice only league, knowing that we re-draft teams every year.

We have explored many options, all of which we could not justify the cost or remaining time for games. With all the delays already given to us, we made the call to cancel the season.

This was a very hard decision as you know we all love Arapahoe Little League and we look forward to seeing everyone each summer. Baseball and softball run in our veins.  

For those of you who made payments you will have two options. You can apply your fees to next year's registrations, or you can receive a full refund minus service fees. All league age 16 players will receive the refund. Please fill out the attached google document no later than June 30, 2020. If we do not hear from you, the fee will be applied to next year's fees. All refunds will be credited/mailed out the middle of July.

We are planning on next season being back to normal operations. Next year we will celebrate our 50th Anniversary and you won't want to miss that. 

As for the 16 yr old's who are aging out of our program, we are very sad to see you go. However, we are always looking for umpires, head and assistant coaches so if you're interested in any of those opportunities, please reach out. We love having you at the fields.
